The institute maintains a permanent repository of white papers and patent accomplishments. Authors and inventors deposit proven work; the institute provides formatting, editing, and publishing support, and teaches authors how to publish. Work of established merit is conferred a Certificate of Merit and a certificate in the field of the contribution, recorded permanently and publicly verifiable.
The institute confers laureation at the PhD level on those who submit ten white papers or patents of their sole creation containing work of a merited nature. A second credential — higher than the PhD, reserved for bold innovators of original work — is currently in development; its title will be revealed in the near future. All work of a brilliant nature is recognized regardless of origin: no prior degree, institution, or affiliation is required.
